Who made the money in the $5,000 PLO w/re-buys?

Phil Galfond defeated arguably the strongest final table of this years World Series to claim his first bracelet and $817,781 in Event #28 last night.
Galfond, who plays the highest PLO games online as 'OMGClayAiken', came through a 152 runner field that with re-buys brought the total prize pool to a whopping $3,085,930.
