Could you tell us a bit about yourself; who you are, where you are from, and what aliases you use online?
I’m 24 years old, originally from Strömstad Sweden, but I now live in Uppsala. The nickname I use online is Nebuchad. I play other sites but they are under secret nicknames…
Obviously you play regularly on Ladbrokes - What do you like most about their product?
The software is fast and easy to deal with. Also the banking is very good; never any problems. Mostly though, the people working for Ladbrokes are great and that is a big part of why I really enjoy playing for and at Ladbrokes. If you have a problem then they will help you sort it out and assist you in any way they can.
Do you also play on other sites and if so which ones do you use regularly?
I play some other sites but always on different accounts and skins.
You had a hugely successful 2007 online. How much did you finally make in the end?
I had a big loss in December of 2007 but I think I ended on around $1.8 million.
What are your biggest online cashes to date?
During September last year I managed to win just over $1million. I played really well during that time. I had a 10 hour heads-up session on 200-400 against Patrick Antonius where I won 150k, but it should have been more since I was sick outdrawn by him over and over.
What levels of cash games do you play in?
Usually 50-100 No Limit.
Which other online players do you have respect for? Who would you say are the best online players in the world at the moment?
I can’t say who is the best but I have great respect for Tom Dwan (durrr). He is siiiiick.
You won the best online player prize at the Scandinavian Poker Awards – How important is this kind of recognition?
It meant a lot to me to be honest. The money is not as important for me as it was when I first started out playing poker... I play more and more for the challenge so the recognition becomes a big part of why I play at all...
You've cashed in a few live events, notably the 2006 Caribbean Poker Classic. Is it one of your ambitions to win a big live event or are you happy with winning big online?
It would be fun to win a tournament but it’s nothing I’m gonna do everything for...
Are you going to go over to Vegas to play in the World Series in 2008?
Yes. I’m gonna try to play as many events as possible.
Have you read any poker books or DVDs or are you 100% self-taught?
Super System is the one I recommend for cash.
Do you have any bankroll advice for players starting out on a poker career?
Only the usual. Have at least 20 buy-ins.
Finally, your comments to Daniel Negreanu at the Scandinavian Poker Awards were seen as being offensive and received a lot of criticism. You didn't have a chance to explain yourself that night - is there anything more you would like to say in relation to those comments?
I've already made many attempts to explain this whole misunderstanding, and at this point all I can say to those that have been offended is that I am deeply sorry.
