Player Focus: Stamdogg

If his Vegas tournament record is modest as Stamdogg on Full Tilt and Pokerstars he has few peers.
With Stamdogg's ultra-consistent online record, its only a matter of time before he does it on the live circuit...
Kevin Stammin lives in the midwest of America where he makes a very lucrative career out of online poker. He tries to parlay those winnings in the major tournaments in Vegas. A $46k second place in a Venetian deepstack tournament last summer was his best live win although I suspect the winnings only made it to the Rio where his only cash was for $6k in a $2k buy in.
Stammen has been playing at the Wynn classic where he had two small cashes.
Stammen is hard to become acquianted with as he always has a pair of bose headphones blocking out the aural distractions. I asked him, during one of his unscheduled smoke breaks about his education. "Not much" replied Stammen.
In fact a few years ago he was installing basements in Ohio and playing poker after work.
If his Vegas tournament record is modest as Stamdogg on Full Tilt and Pokerstars he has few peers.
In four days in October07 he won two $100 buy ins and a $300 for a total of $68k. Stammdog would have been at the Bellagio at the time had the tournament not been cancelled due to the unavailabilty of the Fontana lounge, the casinos showpiece room with a view of the water show.
Stamdogg has continued to profit in the $100 buy ins.
Last week, Kevin cashed for $9700 on Full Tilt to add to a near $20k win in February and $18k win in January.
He is rapidly approaching $400k in tax free winnings.
Should be enough to build a basement in his home in Coldwater in western Ohio where the average male earns $32k a year.
