Frank Rusnak plays online as "Round42". He is a Chicago native, studied journalism at Northern Illinois, scene of a tragic shooting that claimed six lives in February. After graduating he went to work for the Chicago Sun Times.

As you may have guessed, the newspaper was owned by Rupert Murdoch at one time. After Murdoch, the recently jailed Conrad Black took over.

Round42 started playing poker both off and online while at university - he informed me that he was beating the $10 SNGs from week 1.

He appeared on the poker media radar for the first time at the final of the 2007 Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas.

With eleven players remaing, Frank's opponents included eventual winner Ryan Daut, Jon Little, Justin Bonomo, Isaac Haxton, Scott Clements, Jon Friedberg and Robert Mizrachi. Frank finished sixth for a $247k payday.

Round42 had to wait until August to better that. He won a 1080 player FTOPS tourney which was worth $262k.

Frank has just taken advantage of a mini housing slump in Las Vegas and
purchased a three bedroom home on the west side of town. I am sure he will have no problem finding occupants for the spare bedrooms - especially during the WSOP!

To signal his arrival in Las Vegas, Frank finished fifth in the $1k event at the Wynn.
The win added another $10k to his bank account.

He may miss the culture of Chicago but not the winters. After working on his tan, expect to see Frank at the WSOP this summer.
