The biggest news of the week is that we had the largest blind game every played in a big bet game in the history of poker this week, a $3,000/$9,000 heads up game of pot limit Omaha between everyone's favorite lunatic gamblers, Illari 'Ziigmund' Sahamies, and Tom 'durrr' Dwan. As there are no tables with such high stakes available, Dwan and Sahamies agreed to a forced raise and three bet before any action could continue, making the blinds $3,000/$9,000.

As you might expect, the action was pretty nuts, and we had some monster pots being played every few minutes. Here are a selection of the hands from this record breaking session:

So it seems we may have finally found a stake that breaks the young stars comfort zone. Hopefully Sahamies can get him to play a few more matches like this though, as they produce some of the sickest action ever seen on the planet.
